In the heart of Cranberry Township is the Cranberry Mall, where you’ll find department stores, fashion retailers and wellness centres. The area was visited by George Washington in 1753 when he hiked along the Venango Path to deliver a message that would ultimately result in the French and Indian War. Originally home to the Iroquois, Delaware and Seneca nations, Cranberry Township was officially chartered in 1804 and is now one of the fastest-growing neighbourhoods in Pittsburgh.
